bringing ai to life in education.

Guided by educators, for educators.

We are educators first. Every session, policy, and tool we build for education starts with the classroom reality: not enough time, real privacy obligations, and students who still need a teacher, not a chatbot.

  • Save time on lesson planning, grading, and family communication.
  • Foster digital literacy and future-ready skills with students.
  • Build district ai policies and guidelines people can follow.
  • Expand 21st skills for your students.
  • Navigate ethical ai use with confidence.

ai will not replace your relationships, your expertise, or your values.

It will never build a classroom culture, mentor a colleague, or connect with a student.

It can take the background work off your plate so you spend more time on teaching and learning.

You are the teacher.ai is a tool.

how we work with education

Same approach as the rest of our work: strategy sets the frame, training runs through every step, and every tool is tested in the workflows your team already uses.

one to one, at your pace

ai coaching for educators

As fellow educators, we know the challenges you face, so we tailor coaching to your subject, your grade level, and your week. Whether you want time back on lesson planning, new ways to engage students, or clarity on responsible use in the classroom, we break it into manageable steps you can use tomorrow.

led by experienced teachers

workshops & team training

Interactive sessions for teachers, support staff, and administrators that focus on how ai gets used in real classroom and building settings. Hands-on, grounded in your own units and workflows, and paced so nobody gets left behind.

built for how your school works

custom ai assistants

Curious how ai could help your school but not sure where to start? We build custom assistants that fit the way you already work: a helper for newsletters, a tool for answering common student questions, and an internal resource for staff communication. Practical and clear, with no tech jargon, from setup through training and launch.

clear rules before wide rollout

district guidance & policy

We work with leadership to set guidance families and boards can actually read: what is allowed, which tools are approved, how student data is protected, and where ai does not belong.

inside ai 101 for educators

Our foundational session for teachers and staff: empowering educators, inspiring confidence, human centered. Ninety minutes, hands on, no prior experience assumed.

  1. 01

    ai basics & key vocabulary

Traditional ai versus generative ai, and the handful of terms (model, prompt, and agent) that make the rest make sense.

  2. 02

    what generative ai actually does

Drafting, brainstorming, explaining a topic at any reading level, translating, summarizing, and differentiating for varied learners.

  3. 03

    the 80/20 rule

Generative ai is like an electric bike: it does nothing without you, but once you are moving it takes the hills. Put in 20 percent of the effort, get 80 percent of the draft, then apply your judgment.

  4. 04

    bias, equity & limitations

ai reflects who built it and the data it learned from. We look at hallucinations, missing perspectives, and what to check before anything reaches a student.

  5. 05

    power of the prompt

Context, goal, audience, and tone. Specific prompts get usable results, and we practice the difference between ok, better, and best live in the room.

  6. 06

    play, explore & questions

Guided time in the tools with your own unit or your own time-sink, then sharing what worked and what did not with the people next to you.

let's talk about your classroom, school, district.

We are not using ai to replace educators. We are using it to give them more time, clarity, and energy for what matters most.
